We expect all referrals to be responded to within two weeks to ensure clients get the help they need as soon as possible. However, we understand that disruptions can happen.
If you see any referrals in your “Inbound Referrals” tab that are greyed out, this means they were not responded to within the designated time frame and were automatically declined.
To do this:
Go to the “Past Referrals” tab within “Inbound Referrals”
Find the referral you want to change
Click on the three little dots on the far right of the referral
Select “Change decision”
Click on ‘View on marketplace’
