We expect all referrals to be responded to within two weeks to ensure clients get the help they need as soon as possible. However, we understand that disruptions can happen.

If you see any referrals in your “Inbound Referrals” tab that are greyed out, this means they were not responded to within the designated time frame and were automatically declined.

To do this:

  1. Go to the “Past Referrals” tab within “Inbound Referrals”

  2. Find the referral you want to change

  3. Click on the three little dots on the far right of the referral

  4. Select “Change decision”

  5. Click on ‘View on marketplace’

  1. You will then be taken to the joy marketplace.
  2. Click on the red box that says ‘”change to ‘accepted’”

  1. The box will then turn green and you will be able to manage the client from your client list in Joy.
