To add someone to your organisation simply follow these steps:
- Go to “My Organisation” in your CMS.

Click “Add New” on the top righthand side.

Fill in their details
- Save
The new user will get an automatic email asking them to set up a Joy account. They will need to set a password within 24-hours of receiving this email.
- Once this has been completed, please remember that anyone wanting to file back notes to any clinical systems will need to connect to any existing integrations for the practices that send you referrals.
- Please follow the appropriate guide to ensure each new user has the ability to use the integrations between Joy and the clinical system(s).
